I don't think he was mad at all, just looks emotional.
He's got such a cool last name. Shares it with two great players, Jason Kidd and Adam Gilchrist.
If he was mad about the Bobcats drafting him, he has absolutely no right to be. The bottom line is that he's not a franchise changing type of player and he should be extremely grateful for being even a top 10 pick let alone the number 2 pick.
Also, why would someone who probably hasn't even made $10k in a year be pissed off about now making $4-5 million a year?
