Tony Parker. A former FMVP who single handedly let the Spurs when Timmy was declining to a Chip and continues to beast and is a top 5 PG in the league. Why must our front office be so cheap and tight fisted. At the Very least he should be getting 23 Million a Year for the next 4-5 Years.
Same Thing for Manu the Bat Killer.

I could agree manu was unpaid but fuq porker. useless PG
Re: Are Tony Parker and Manu Underpaid?
Ginnobli scores under 10 PPG and plays under 20 MPG. I trust Popovich's judgment; if he thought the team could benefit more from him in the game, he'd be in the game more. He just doesn't have the kind of impact on the game he used to have. If he wasn't so adept at flopping, he would certainly be a defensive liability. At 38, his minutes are roughly half of what they were at his peak -- and so are his contributions. But it's not just playing time. If you look at points per 36 minutes, his performance this year and last are the lowest in his career excepting the first two years he was in the league. He's had a great career and there's some sentimental value given his tenure with the Spurs; but let's be realistic about what he could command.
Re: Are Tony Parker and Manu Underpaid?
Won't they be earning more than what Miami offered Dwade?

Ah I thought he was offered 10m a year. My bad.
Re: Are Tony Parker and Manu Underpaid?
Tony wasn't even a top 3 player on the '14 Spurs (Manu, Kawhi, Duncan). 'Single handedly lead them to a title'.
TF you smoking man? :oldlol:

TLP, maybe he means 2007 because of the FMVP instead of 2014? In which case:
2006-07 Regular Season
Duncan 20 pts 10.6 rebs 3.4 asst 2.4 blks 54.6%FG 111 ORtg 94 DRtg 13 WS 7.1 BPM 6.3 VORP
Parker 18.6 pts 5.5 asst 52% 112 ORtg 102 DRtg 9.6 WS 2.7 BPM 3 VORP
2007 Playoffs
Duncan 22.2 pts 11.5 rebs 3.3 asst 3.1 blks 52.1%FG 111 ORtg 98 DRtg 3.3 WS 7.2 BPM 1.7 VORP
Parker 20.8 pts 5.8 asst 48%FG 103 ORtg 107 DRtg 1.6 WS 0.5 BPM 0.5 VORP
Parker's $15million contract is a noose around the Spurs' neck and you want to give him 23 mill for the next 4-5 years? LOL.
Re: Are Tony Parker and Manu Underpaid?
Tony Parker has been severely underpaid his entire career.
-Winningest player in NBA history (minimum 1000 games).
-All-time playoff-leading scoring PG.
-4x Champion
-FMVP (one of only 3 total opponents to ever outplay Lebron in a playoff series)
-Was only All-Star & All-NBA player on Spurs in 2014
-Led Spurs in scoring in RS, playoffs, & Finals in 2014 (& assist in RS/playoffs)
-Finished top-6 in MVP voting twice, top-12 two other times
-Spurs are 6-0 in playoff series since 2012 when Parker leads team in scoring (2-3 when otherwise)
Was never (and never will be) a top-30 paid player in the NBA. Will never make half of what Mike Conley makes, a player Parker has regularly embarrassed in the RS and especially the playoffs and who has never won a game past the second round.

OP so ruined by LeBron that now the gimmick GSW account has to pretend to be a Spurs fan to troll.
Pathetic.
