oh really?
Wade had a better season last year???
hmm....I missed that
does this site have a flux capasater in it?....Did we go back in time 2 years???
fine then, if we're rating players by those terms, than Luke Walton is a better player than Gilbert Arenas since he was not injured. And every C that played last season is better than Yao Ming.
so u think manu is better then wade.lmao
he sure as fuck was last last year...
are we rating player's from the past?....because if so then you left out MJ...

I don't have a problem with Wade being in the top 10...
I just think it is ridiculous to rank a dude who hasn't been on the court in 2 years in the top 5...
he is obviously injury prone and not only that, he is incapable of carring a team on his back in the same fashion that Lebron can...
Wade needs Shaq so that teams are forced to respect the center and are unable to double him...
Damn is Iverson one overrated MF on here or what? Forget top 2 or 3, if Allen Iverson is even a top ten SG, I’ll sew my groin to my head.
Allen Iverson is better then Wade. How is this even debatable. Dwyane Wade has had only 1 season that is even better then Iversons CAREER AVERAGES. Think about that for a second.
You just hating dude.

Man, I loved the guy. I really did. It then dawned on me that he isn't really all that good. Talent-wise, he is a good as any player in the league but the guy just can't play team ball. It is beyond him. Those individual statistics tell one side of the story. He did nothing in Philly and has now done nothing in Denver. Larry Brown was the catalyst for that NBA title tilt in Philly. He did it again with Detroit and took the extra step. AI couldn't, hasn

Hmmm, Shaq really helped us last season when Wade wasn't there at the start of the season. Shaq did it all. He should have been finals MVP right? With his 13 points and 8 rebounds a game, right primetime?
Don't you feel stupid now using that same D Whistle joke as in he gets special treatment from the refs in the NBA, when in fact he averages more free throws per 48 minutes in international ball? I guess every basketball organisation is out to protect Wade right and single him out as the player they give special treatment to?
Fact is, Wade was able to be in the top 3 shooting guards while being 50%.
1. Kobe Bryant - Reigning MVP
2. Dwayne Wade - Not completely sold, need to see him stay healthy
3. Tracy McGrady - He could move up, needs to stay healthy like Wade
4. Allen Iverson - Has to fall off eventually
5. Vince Carter - McGrady is better, but Vince will have better numbers
6. Manu Ginobilli - Great all-around player.
7. Joe Johnson - Stats will dip a little as Hawks youth develops
8. Ray Allen - Playoff performance might be due to family issues, age is concern
9. Brandon Roy Future All-Star
10. Michael Redd - great scorer, subpar all-around player.
11. Kevin Martin - Will be top 10 in scoring
12. Richard Hamilton - Poor man's Reggie
13. Jason Richardson - Needs to step up for Cats playoff berth
14. Ben Gordon - Uncertain contract status makes him difficult to place
15. Stephen Jackson - Loss Baron, addition of Corey will keep numbers steady
Honorable mentions: Larry Hughes, Jamal Crawford
Thats a great list.^^^.however i would put hamilton above allen, Redd and martin. rip is alot better two way player then those guys. rip plays defense and offense.

Manu not a top 5 SG in current League? Are you kidding me?
Whoaw maybe its just me but Manu seems to be getting overrated. I mean there was a point he was underrated but now he is being highly thought off. I mean he has an unorthodox flare to his game. He can drive and shoot the three and hes a pretty good defender (and flopping)... but hes not a leader. You could argue that its not his fault he has great players around him and never had to carry a team but thats just a fact.
Spurs is Tim Duncan's team and Parker runs the team. Manu plays his role and he plays it well. Again he can score in bunches and put up big numbers but he isnt consistent. to be ranked high i think you must be consistent throughout the season and playoffs. A top "SG" (emphasis on SHOOTING GUARD), does not score 7 and 9 points in a playoff game. "yeah but hes injured"... well yeah thats why he shouldnt be mentioned in the same paragraph as Michael Jordan...
im not trying to hate on the guy, im not hes number one fan or anything but he is a talented individual. but he is 2nd tier in terms of being an all around player and he doesnt even start. i know its his role and again, he plays his role well... i just think some are overrating him.
^
When people call him the second best two-guard in the league then yes, he is being overrated. However, if they say that, at times he played as such, that would be a true statement. When Duncan went down, Emanuel stepped up his game to a really good level.
I would, personally, only take Wade, Kobe, and AI over Emanuel. He plays defense, draws charges, and can set up the offense and score in a variety of way without having to have the ball in his hand(such as the case with Kobe, Wade, AI, etc.)
