The NBA announced today that the league’s Relocation Committee has unanimously recommended that the NBA Board of Governors deny the application of the Sacramento Kings to relocate to Seattle.
The Board will convene during the week of May 13 to vote on this matter.

I dont think the city's the problem, it's the owners. Force those dumbasses to sell to the Sac. group. SAC back in early 2000s were as loud as the Jazz, those cowbells use to piss me off, but it was a great era for competition. No LeRingchaseinprime influence... even small markets had KG, Payton etc.
It's all over. Screw all you guys that said it was a done deal to move the team. We didn't give up.

so, the overall board (all the owners) can go against this when they bring it to a vote sometime next week, but it would be unexpected.

This made so much sense.
Sacramento doesn't deserve a team and Seattle was robbed of theirs.
Sucks that we'll need to wait to see this happen.
