Nobody wants him basketball-wise even healthy, it's his expiring contract they want.
Westbrook ISN'T and NEVER WAS going to get traded because nobody wants to take on his contract. I don't even know why the media has been covering this for the whole off season. Knowledgeable people know that.

I think expiring contracts have value, especially if a team wants to have a cap space going to 2023 free agency.
In return, the Lakers get players tied to multi-year contracts.
