2016-17 Pelicans preseason schedule

The Pelicans' six-game 2016 preseason schedule is highlighted by their participation in the NBA Global Games China 2016. They will play the Rockets in Shanghai on Oct. 9 and in Beijing on Oct. 12.

Prior to their trip overseas, the Pelicans kick off the preseason with a neutral site home game at the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City, La. against the Mavericks on Oct. 1. They then play their lone contest at the Smoothie King Center on Tuesday, Oct. 4 with a matchup against the Pacers.
