Millsap vs Noah

I have them both on my team, who should I bench tomorrow?
Rotary league..

I have picked up Martel Webster, and he's playing much better than them. I need 3's and points and FG% currently. I am also playing Bargnani over these 2 because he gives me 3's, decent rebounds, and blocks.

Noah and Millsap have both played like crap recently. Poor shooting and turnovers. I also have Zach, but I think he's doing a bit better than these two.
Noah is playing against pistons bigs.. even though Rose is out.

Who would you sit, Millsap or Noah?
And would you play them over the guys I chose over them: Zbo, Webster, Bargnani?
