Billups Maybe Coming Back To The Pistons

I like this rumor. I think SVG has done a terrible job with the roster. It's too much for a coach to control everything. I wish they would take that part away from him. Every time I go into a season I say we look mediocre. And every season that's how we end up. If we just would have built through the draft we could have been relevant at this point. Now we're another at least 5 years out. Bring in Billups. He's younger, knows the players well, and he's a smart guy. It will eventually probably be the end of SVG but so be it. I like him as a coach for certain things. He's horrible at developing young players though. I think it's time for a change. We all know Bower isn't the one steering the ship. It's SVG. Bring in someone he may not be able to control as much.
