Re: Lakers vs GSW
AD and LeBron stay healthy all year only to get hit by awful luck right at the end of the season. Lakers are sitting in the 6th spot right now if they simply had LeBron and AD the last 2 games.
Now their season is done. They'll be the 10th seed and there's no way they're winning 2 road games to get into the playoffs. Hopefully this is LeBron's last season as a Laker.

Re: Lakers vs GSW
I wouldn't give up on LA yet. They're resting AD for the play in game and it's only an eye injury which goggles could protect.
It was a fairly close game til the end of the 3rd quarter with dray shooting 100% from 3. Take that anomaly away and plug in Davis and the Lakers easily win.

Lebron has played 69 games, AD 74 and you are going to use the injury excuse? How many games did you expect them to play this season?

How many games has the rest of the top 8 missed? They're kinda important to, you know.

Re: Lakers vs GSW
Regardless if AD played last night and Ham coached better... it doesn't keep GS from getting 26 made 3pt'ers

Reaves hasn't missed a game. Russell has played 74. That's your top 4 players.
Other teams have had much worse injury luck than the Lakers.

Indian guy wasn't claiming injuries for AD and LeBron throughout the season. He clearly said the 2 were healthy just about all season and had some bad luck in the last handful of games. Didn't see any excuses being made.
They've had important role players miss game throughout this season. It's not an excuse, it's fact.

It's also a fact that other teams have injuries. The Pels have been without Ingram for the last 10 games but they are in 6th. He's only played 63 on the season and he isn't a bench role player.
Beal has only played 50.

You're forgetting this is Lebron. 4 top players aren't enough. He can't be in a team with just a bunch of minimums.

crazy turn of fortunes.
It looked so good just 2 games ago.

Re: Lakers vs GSW
Problem was Ham took first half of the season experimenting with different lineups, which resulted in needless losses. Then he still ended up going to the same starting 5 that took the team to the WCF.
Those early losses have returned to bite us in the rear now. Terrible rotations, terrible lineups, terrible at x's and o's, takes too long to make adjustments (even the adjustments are questionable). I don't care what happens but Ham needs to go. We need a new coach.

Well that's better than Steve Kerr. He found the right lineup about 10 days ago, 90% into the season. Something that people were asking for withing the first 2 weeks of the season. :applause:

Re: Lakers vs GSW
When LeBron subbed out in the third (after LA went on a run) Ham thought it would be a good idea to play a midget role player rotation he had never even tried before. In a must win game.
Reaves, DLo, Dinwiddie, Prince and Hayes. GSW proceeded to obliterate them.
Nobody's ****ing with Ham this season.
