I think I like it for Philly too.

Holiday is good but overrated. I think Noel will be a good starter in the NBA which is what you hope to get when you get someone out of the top 3 in most drafts. I just wonder if they could have gotten a little more in return for Holiday. But really, getting another pick for next year from a team that will probably miss the playoffs is big.

Mediocrity is the worst place to be in the NBA.

I agree. good trade for philly getting the pick in return. I hope for their sake the pelicans don't get a top 3 pick.

if all goes right for philly they tank hard get the first pick and number 4 and have noel. it will take a lot of luck but it could be a boon for the team

Noel is the best player in the trade. I know it's hard to see know with the concerns about his knee out there, but it's true.
