How has anyone not said Joker? He has almost no wasted movements in his game and makes everything look easy.
Devin Booker for me. He makes things look easy at times. Dribbling through traffic. getting to his spot, his jumper. Smooth.

He's definitely a smooth operator. I agree. However, his physical paint-banging throws off people's perception little.
