Should the Clippers be broken apart or sold? Hear me out:
The Lakers are so historically dominant and the Clippers so historically miserable why have the two teams to begin with? Are the Clippers just there to be laughed at by serious LA fans like some sort of clowning team? Give that team to a city that will take it seriously like Seattle :applause:
Do it Stern. Axe the Clippers. Revive the Sonics.

Why would they do that when the Clippers are one of the most profitable teams in the NBA?

Didn't read your post. However, if it means we have a team that can move to Seattle then I'm all for it.

Cavs have had far more playoff success than Clippers. Even the T-wolves have played in a conference finals. clippers are the worst franchise by far

He can sign with Lakers or request trade if he likes the city - it will time out perfectly when Nash retires. Then the team gets moved to Seattle. I'm seriously all for this idea, Stern should make it happen "for basketball reasons"..

Owned.
The Clippers are plain horrible. I don't see how Sterling has been allowed to keep the team. Sarver, Sterling and the Maloofs are by far the worst owners in the entire league.

Yep. Not sure why some clippers fans think Cp3 and Blake's automatically changes their image. They have still have the worst owner ever and virtually no history

They can be renamed the Sonics, it wouldn't be a big deal. I'm suggesting wipe the Clippers clean out of the NBA what have they ever done anyways? Give seattle the Sonics back. If there are flopping concerns trade away the core group of flop-talent that the shady clippers organization acquired and rebuild.

You're not from LA so I'll excuse your stupidity.
Southern California has a population of 12-18 million depending upon how you count.
It can and will support two teams because the Clippers have historically been the cheap alternative for people who cant afford Clipper tickets.

I wonder what all of you are going to say when the Clippers come to town and bash your favorite team's head in.

Re: Should the Clippers be broken apart or sold? Hear me out:
they're pretty popular. they sell out every home game, they're the 3rd hottest road ticket (only behind lakers and the heat), they have two young superstars with nowhere to go but up
i know this is a 'let's piss off clippersfan86 thread' but i feel like being serious

Re: Should the Clippers be broken apart or sold? Hear me out:
A franchise may move to Seattle some day. You never know. People can't live in the past. If a franchise has been bad for years, that doesn't mean that it can't be good one day. Time moves on and things change. It's not a hard concept to understand.

If you're from LA then you know the amount of support that the Clippers get doesn't come close to the amount of support that the Lakers get. They would do much better in another city like Seattle where they would be supported 100%...

Funny how you can literally change "Clippers" into Cavs and have these jokes still work
Also funny coming from a fan of one of the biggest laughingstock franchises in the league... Oh and the same franchise who broke the record for most losses in a row, and worst season record, and lost literally more than half their value when one player left them.
The same franchise that drafted unknowns in the draft lottery and didn't even make playoffs last year. 21 wins in the weak east last year? Amazing!

The huge pile of shit won't claim the Clippers can beat the Lakers.
Nobody respects LA Jr. , they won't win ever, the best player in franchise history is Elton Brand, Elton Brand.
Franchises with comparable best players: Bobcats.
Clipper 'fans' need to be more like Bobcats, keep your mouth shut and let everyone forget you exist.
