How many "greats" you know, won both conference championships?
Kareem? Bucks and Lakers
Shaq? Magic/Heat and Lakers
Kidd? Nets and Dallas
Wilt?
Who else?
Let's all hope Kawhi adds himself to the list after the end of this season
Absolutely ridiculous achievement :applause:

How many greats sat out an entire season so he'd get traded?

How many current greats have express the envy to play for the Spurs? An organization known for killing superstars potential and known for providing wrong medical diagnostics.

This is very discriminatory to a lot of great players that played on one team.
MJ
Dirk
Kobe
Duncan
And it penalizes players who decide to play in a tougher conference for their entire career
Curry
KD

Not Jordan
Not LeBron (still has the opportunity)
Not Russell
Not Bird
Not Magic
Not Hakeem
Not Duncan
Not Oscar

Another snowflake crying about discrimination. Either you sack up or sit down. Just don't cry about.

-MJ played with the Wizards too.
Players who don't get passes
-Not like Kobe never asked to get traded to the Bulls (he missed on the opportunity)
-KD couldn't win so he joined forces with the best team EVER.

Known for??? You're reaching for straws there boy.
The current crop of players don't have the balls to play for Pop is why you don't see that.

Damn lol
Re: How many "greats" you know, won both conference championships?
This is a dumb thread.
Winning a chip is way better than winning both conference finals.

Gotcha. So we're counting the Wizards, I see.
KD still played his ENTIRE career in a tough conference. Ditto with Kobe.
Let's not use hypotheticals. Some players just enjoy playing in a tougher conference. That's why Kawhi is going back West after this season's scrimmage/tune-up out East.
