it pisses me the **** off. so many ticky tack fouls, so many bs calls. great player but like Lebron's flopping, just an unfair but unspoken (by the mainstream media) part of his game. 16 FT's!!!!!???? you gotta be kidding me.

Ya its pretty lame. He's gifted at least 4 trips to the line a night
Been going on for a while. I understand why your upset but this is nothing new here. Long lanky light player shows a lot of contact.
He's called the Free Throw King for a reason.

as a Knicks fan it kills me how much he gets the call when Melo doesn't even get close to it.
He's so weak that the slightest contact is noticable on him. Also he's pretty crafty with the rip through move etc..
I don't know how anyone who watched the Nuggets game could complain about star treatment or any of that taking place.
Then again it's ISH where the trolls are nothing more than box score scouts
Its honestly like LeBron's flopping. They both have beautiful game, but it takes away so much from the experience of watching them to me.

says the guy with immense negative ratings.
LeBron's flopping doesn't impact his game, or production the way KD's absurd amount of soft calls pad his overall production. I hate when LeBron flops, no player of that talent level should be resorting to that but the foul calls KD get is by far worse.
It's even worse than watching James Harden play.
probably has a bit to do with why i don't like watching okc if wb isn't playing. KD isn't a very exciting player to watch for me.
This is why I don't consider Durant to be as good of a scorer as a player like Kobe or even Melo. His stats are majorly padded by BS trips to the FT line.

I'm a Knicks fan so my opinion is biased, but agreed with respect to Melo... If he was given the space Durant is (by an all-star point guard as well as the fact that if you breathe on him you get called), he could put up similar fg%. add that to his post moves, he's the better scorer. Doesn't have Durant's athleticism but Durant is younger.
Why is it when after a player grabs a rebound and clears out with his elbows/arms and hit's someone it's a flagrant/offensive foul yet the rip through move where your doing the same thing is always a defensive foul?
They need to make the rip through move a offensive foul imo it's lame and really not good for the game of basketball. There's just no need to reward forced offense like that with fouls and I'm saying this in general not just about KD.

Although I agree that KD gets gifted too many FTs I think its vice versa for me. I at least still respect KD's ability and game. W/o FTs, he is still a ridiculous scorer, lethal shooter, and can still get buckets from anywhere on the floor.
Harden's game on the other hand seems to consist of two things; Drive to the rim not looking to score but to initiate contact for FTs...OR a 3 pt attempt. That's literally it. No mid-range game, no post ups. He's also a shameless flopper and has a smug personality. Fvck that dude.
