Re: Oden is down and hurt
worse. they passed up two of the better players of all time in other to acquire these busts.
Really? I didn't know Durant was a 6 time NBA champion, 5 time MVP, 14 time all-star, 14 time all-star, a defensive player of the year, etc.
Stupid troll. I bet you're 16 and haven't even watched the league more than 5 years.
Re: Saturday night Greg Oden hurt left knee as Blazers hosted Rockets
blazer fans should try to stay positive. being carried off doesnt always equal doom.
see pierce in the 2008 finals

I don't think Oden has taken acting classes.

lol, you interpreted "two of the better players" as meaning "the two players were equal".
Re: Saturday night Greg Oden hurt left knee as Blazers hosted Rockets
Man, I so sad right now. I don't even care about this damn game.
Our injured list is so long.
Injured Blazers: Nic Batum, Travis Outlaw, Patrick Mills, Jeff Pendergraph, Coach Nate McMillan, Greg Oden.
Our team is falling apart.

Sorry, that's just been an annoying generalization I've noticed is that we passed on Jordan 2.0 with Durant, my bad.

I'm sad as well but you know what? If we still make the playoffs this depleted then that says a lot about this team and I'll be happy. Trying to just find some sort of positive in this.
Re: Oden is down and hurt
I think it's the left knee which would not be the one he had surgery on. I don't even really care who wins the game now. One good thing is that it happened in the air. Not by coming down on it akward.
Blazers look to have the the wind knocked right out of them. I think it's as bad as when bynum dislocated his knee.
That's not a good thing. Non-Contact injuries tend to be the worst.

It was contact in the air, as in slamming into aaron brooks leg. This happened already when Oden ran his knee into Corey Maggette and he returned in 3-4 weeks. I'm just saying he didn't hurt it by bringing his weight down on it.

Shaun Livingston disagrees.

The ghost of Mutombo coming back to exact revenge. Anyone notice how Aldridge looked like he was going to puke when he saw Oden's legs twisted up?
