Who gets mad about a trade that your team was involved in? :lol
Who gets mad about a trade that your team was involved in? :lol
I think he was talking about the Nash trade

He's talking about the Nash trade that Denver wasn't involved in.
then a month later after that whiny email, mitch called the nuggs up, got them involved in the dwight trade, and all woes ceased to exist.
Ohhhh I see but that wasn't even a trade it was more of a FA signing.... and why help us even more when he thought only Nash would send us over the top...
Man Mitch must be a superhero with mind control

At some point you have to just worry about yourself. For all we know this Laker team could implode and Iggy could be the one missing piece for his incredibly deep team.

Kobe won the teammate lottery,
Lebron fixed the outcome and won
“I was so angry about that trade. I don’t usually get angry about trades, but that trade, wow. It set me off. I sent (Lakers general manager) Mitch Kupchak a nasty email. Oh man, he is the luckiest guy in the NBA,” Karl said."
Kuptchak is not the luckiest man in the world, Kobe is.

By the way, there are many players in NBA history who played on "stacked" teams. Yet, many did not walk away with a championship, let alone 5. But, that doesn't fit your agenda does it.
By the way, LoL @ calling the 2009 and 2010 Lakers team "stacked." If you consider that team stacked, how do you feel about Lebron's championship team last year? Or the one he "lead" to a lost against the Mavs, a team featuring 1 Top 20 player, while the Heat had a player in the Top 10, and 2 players in the Top 5?

what did the suns get for nash? i was travellin when it happend, and forgot to check the details
When Kobe retires he will have played with easily the most stacked rosters in modern history. Kobe's teammates would make Bill Russell blush...
u trippin son.
I don't even like Kobe and that's so far from true.
-Smak
he is mad because they have better offers on table and magic did that trade out of spite because they hated the nets
there is still a problem for the lakers, they have to go through the 2 best players in the world.
Lol.
Nash the only player in the world that could save them?
40 year old point guard who can only play 30 minutes a game to the rescue

LMAO I don't think I've ever seen a great player get so blatantly disrespected as Kobe is now.
I think its everyone was lucky ot play with kobe, not the other way around.
Never been a Karl fan and never will be.
He worries way too much about the Lakers.
Well....we have sent his team home in the playoffs how many years now...:oldlol: :oldlol: :oldlol:
As bad as he thinks the Lakers were before Nash we still beat his team w/out him in the playoffs.
Whiny biatch.

He never said that.
He mad, he jelly
He never said that.
ah damnit.
It is kind of ridiculous that the Lakers add a new top-20 player like every season, and don't ever have to give up anything close to fair value. Remember when they got Pau Gasol for free when he was perhaps top 10?
And now they just added a top 5 one and gave up a top........ 30 player? Maybe? And oh yeah got a top 5 PG too, ho-hum.

its easy when top 5 players will not accept trades to 28 of the other teams. the lakers dont have to bid against anyone else. just gotta make the salary numbers work and they can keep doing this ever year.

well, for Kwame and the rights to Marc Gasol (even though it wasn't apparent how good he was at the time)
Lakers = Yankees...both will always be the star quarterback of a HS that will win every popularity contest and get all the girls

Bynum is Top 20, and after Dwight the next center in any "top" whatever list.
The Lakers traded the second best center in the league for the best center in the league. Not sure how this constitutes as robbery this time around. You want robbery? Go give Philly a call, they swapped Iggy for Bynum :applause:
Why didn't the Nuggets try to trade for Howard themselves?
They could have offered some package of Afflalo, McGee and picks and some other players for Howard.
:confusedshrug:
The Nuggets biggest problem is the lack of a closer.
Unless Gallo or someone steps up, then they don't really have one.
That's the one thing they miss with Marsh-Melo gone.

Howard only wanted LA.
I give the Nuggets credit though. Melo's teammates with Nuggets >>>>>>>>>>>>>> his teammates with Knicks.

Like how Stern gave the Lakers Chris Paul, right?

LeBron's team is more stacked. They got 5 All-Stars and a 3 good role players who used to score 10 or more points a game.
