Most games around 1,700. Some games I'll get in the 1,600's and others I'll get 1,800 plus. I've got my guy up to a 71 overall.
I'm playing 10 minute quarters, though.
i got 51 overall wich i think is pretty weird, got 98 mid range 70 close 70 inside 60 3 points 80 layup 70 dunk 71 speed 70 vertical 70 off dribble 60 in traffic and alot more 70's 60's :S
Well, as an athletic PG, my speed, vert, and quickness all started out relatively high. The quickes way to up your overall rating is add to your offense and defense awareness ratings. However, those aren't categories that take a noticeable effect on the court. I started off with stamina, speed, an quickness. Then I worked on on ball defense, rebounding, and the ball handling categories.
yeah, im gonna take case of those now aswell, speed quickness vertical, devensive rebounding steal
Just did something I never thought I would be able to do, and the one thing alluding me all season long. A quadruple-double.
67 pts, 14 reb, 12 asts, 10 stls
To the poster at the top of the page: I get anywhere from 1000-2100 depending on how well I play/milestones/highlites.
Yesterday I was playing and hit a couple milestones (50th game played/1000th career point) as well as posting pretty good #s (21 pts, 5 rebs, 7 assists, 2 steals and good D) and ended up with like 5200 points. It was ridiculous.
I play 11 min Qs
Yeah I had a game where I hit 3 or 4 milestones, and on top of the 1,700 SP I got from game performance, I had 5,000+ points to spend. It's always nice to have that everyonce in a while.
thats nice!, last week i played such a bad game had score like D-, but i also had like 2 milestones, ended up with +100 points, was kinda lame :P cant wait till 2k11 comes out, ill buy and do 10 min quarters aswell, will be nice,
when its coming out ?
Btw nice on the quadruple dubble, had 1 almost once, with michael jordan association mode, 11 steals, 38 points, 15 rebounds, 9 ass
Thanks.

Im starting now to get a lot better at defense. Plus whenever im defending an inbound on the side after a timeout, i almost always get a steal and then a breakaway score. All you have to do is spam Y when ur standing in front of the inbounder.

How tall are you?
I've actually done that a few times but it doesn't work too well for me if a guy that's 6'9" or taller is taking it out. Even at 6'7" I rarely get a hand on the inbound pass if the inbounder is that tall.
Nothing like NOT winning player of the month when your team goes 17-0 and you put up these kind of numbers.
33.9 mpg, 71.3 ppg, 13.1 rpg, 14.1 apg, 3.5 spg, 2.3 bpg, 3.1 topg, 73.1 FG%

Haha that sucks.
My guy is 6'7" and it only works like 50% of the time, and i only do it when the man im covering is throwing the inbounds pass, so there isnt much of a size difference.
Im currently 2nd in the ROY race behind Tyreke, and i have been rising since i changed my quarter lengths from 5 to 10, so i think after a few more games ill be first.
Im averaging 11 pts, 7 rebs, and 5 asst shooting 44% (but all those are dramatically increasing since i changed the quarter length.)
