I love Ginobili much more than most of the posters here.
Wade has had more success individually, twice as good stats and comparable sucess by team standards.
He literally has nothing on Wade, and is not even close in many ways.
Wade is a better offensive player, even better passer, he's a better defender, especially prime for prime.
Wade is a legit superstar, a top 3 player for like 4-5 years.

manu is the better passer.
Also its not fair to compare stats since manus stats were restrcited from duncan ball. Gino is one of those guys whose impact goes beyond the box score.

For once I agree with you.
Manu had range over Wade. That's it.
Wade was always the better player.
big wade fan here, and while i choose wade, i think its alot closer than people think. ginobli is a winner at every level. euroleague, olympics, international, nba. he's on par with wade in many facets of the game. its just that while in the nba, he's never been the focal point of the team so its hard to judge. but when he plays internationally and he is the focal point, he always delivered. he even led argentina to gold in 04 and beat team USA on the way.

yea this.
Thank god for objectively, so far every post in this thread is by wade stans.

It does go beyond box score but Wade is the better player. There is absolutely no reason why any superstar should ever lose in the finals with Wade on their team. Just ask Shaq.
Ginobili was/is a great talent but Wade was/is better. D-Wade was better offensively and defensively. Wade was a better rebounder and passer. Steals, they are pretty even. But when it comes to blocking shots and being that lockdown defender, Wade was the best.
Both are better than Bron all time.
