Redick would be like when Brooklyn hired Nash and Kidd before. Certainly smart and knowledgeable about the game but with no coaching experience. I don't believe in just Making a guy an NBA head coach. Should be an assistant first to learn a bit more about the job. If he is their coach next year with James and Davis he's going to be the shipping ng boy that gets blamed after another play in season. And if either of their stars doesn't have a good year healthwise they won't even do that. LA should really be rebuilding but won't do it because their top two guys are such big names but they're far closer to missing the playoffs than winning a ring.
