The way the market is going that might be a good deal. 20 mil per is now roleplayer money.

For some reason I thought he had been in the league longer, and was like 31. He's only 27. He's maybe the best rebounding guard right now. His transition defense is insane. He spaces the floor and plays hard. He is the type of guy that championship teams need.
His on/off +/- was over +10/100 possessions for both teams he was on last year. +10/100 or higher is usually a sign of All-NBA level impact.
You need guys with the "magic" on offense, but you also need guys that bring focused energy and force consistently. Hart does what he does with aplomb.
