Not possible to survive 4 rounds without running into a team that converted a high volume of 3's on high %.

Would have to make it something like other team only scores 2 after making x number of 3's in a game to have a realistic chance.

The way I imagined it is that my team can't shoot threes but the opposing team can. If so, the only 2s team would have to shoot between 55-60% from the field while holding the opposition to at most 30-35% from three. Closer to 30% probably and closer to 60%. If it's 2023 rules, some of Jordan's and most of Shaq's defense is worth a bit less. This team may work though, but defense will be the key to its success. Rondo, Oakley and Marion. I'm not sure it would work but then again I'm not sure of anything that's a hypothetical.

No you don't. That team will struggle scoring 90 points let alone 110. And against 3 point shooting teams and 2023 rules this approach would not work. You need at least one very efficient scorer but I think you need two.

You aren't winning shit if you don't make threes today, some of you really need to accept this. A team can be in the lower half of the league in shooting and win, yes, but you're saying this team would be BANNED from making 3s. They'd never win a playoff series no matter who they had, that's just a ridiculously unfair disadvantage. It's a pointless hypothetical anyways, as it's just handicapping one team and giving the other a massive advantage.

Idk, in the 90s up to around 2000, dont notice teams relying on 3s. Compare to now seems like almost every other shot is a freakin 3pter.

Back in the days you see end score of 65-72. ,now a days its 125-137. With that said, your not going to win if you cant shoot 3s in todays league.

Well, the best starting point would be to start with guys who are insanely good at a bunch of things, but are held back by ranged shooting. Assuming this has to be a realistically-constructed team, I'm looking for guys like Markelle Fultz, who are undervallued because of their bad shooting.
