as far as i can tell there were games russell outplayed johnston and games johnston outplayed russell

regardless how many years johnston was the best center or player in the league

if the 25th anniversary team wasn't structured like an all nba team but just the top 10 players

johnston probably would've had a better chance of making it with russell
