Serious question.

A buy-out with Utah feels likely, but I dont see how/why any other team would want him. Even though his raw production is not terrible this year, his volatility/temperament is the antithesis of what any contender should want.

Teams are historically slow to pick up on which guys are simply losers, and they often take fliers on "name" guys long after it's become obvious to everyone else they'll be nothing but a headache. Still, it's hard to imagine at THIS point there are teams that still think having Russell Westbrook on the floor and in the locker room is a useful thing.

He might be done.

I think more than the Bron haters, the Russ haters display an emotional immaturity of a low iq, low impulse control cretin. They do it cause they see everyone else do it and think that’s the way to do it. OP’s trolling aside, Westbrook didn’t do this to himself. LA brought him in and put him in tough situation where he didn’t fit at all and then had to endure the heckling of LA’s low class, diabetic, obese ghetto fan base. He was actually still good when he was in Washington. Teams know this and he will find a decent landing spot after he gets bought out.

He’ll be a clipper next week.

I know it’s fun for casual basketball fans to trash Westbrook but i don’t think NBA GMs take that into consideration. They are a former MVP who’s currently top 10 in assists this season and they want him on their roster

Have your fun while it lasts. It’s pretty absurd to think Westbrook is done playing in the NBA. But I don’t think anyone actually believes that, they’re just having their fun.
