Sure why not.

He'd need to work a little harder in the gym these days to keep the same athletic advantages he had in his prime. And obviously would need to develop a better outside shot, but he'd be one of the best in the league no doubt.

His biggest weakness was that he didn't protect the rim well relative to what was needed of a 4 in his era. Given today's league that wouldn't be as bigger issue I think. And by the same token, who the hell is keeping prime Chuck from the basket today!? In the post or on the drive he'd be unstoppable.

His lack of defense would cost him but the closest thing to Barkley in the league right now is Zion and he's doing fine.
