Rip through = a shooting foul. To counter hand checking
Backdown is allowed for as long as the offensive player wants to counter no defensive 3 in a key
a free for all! no more handicappin offenses and defenses.... coaches would just have to adapt new strategies....and what would the 5 top players you list average? What players would take a hugh hit in value (claxton, ect)
goaltending rebound rule would still remain though
