Brogdon has trade restriction til April and can't be traded. TJ Warren only played 4 games last season and is still a month away from returning this season, so he probably wouldn't be traded just to match salary as a throw in.
Pacers should consider trading everything of value and rebuild with young players and draft picks. The owner has never blown it up to tank though. Ignoring that, what teams could use these players outside of Brogdon?
