If he got owned by some random scrub like this from the mighty 90s perimeter "competition", just imagine how badly he would get destroyed by the 2010s/2020s perimeter stars. :oldlol:

so this is a meaningless regular season game as far as i can tell, versus lebron literally switching off KD so he didn’t get the dagger hit in his face on the biggest stage in the NBA…

but ok… :lol

Compared to an era where averaging 31 points and 6 assists for a guard isn't good enough to get you a spot in the all-star game, this dude is dumpster fire.

Rex Chapman was one of those guys that was literally built for the modern nba. He basically could shoot a three point shot at any angle/occassion. The crazy ones that Curry makes? He had that in his bag although not as prolific.

Rex would destroy dudes like Beal and Mitchell and this punk thinks he can't make in in this era :facepalm

Do branstans even like basketball as a sport? Or are they only in it because of lebron?

Chapman was similar to Zach Lavine today, athletic guy who had range on his shot.

Rex could have monster games at times but never seemed to live up to his potential imo.

I witnessed a game where Barkley was injured and Hersey Hawkins lit him up for 31 and Sixers won.

I didn't know getting out assisted by your team's main playmaker and being outrebounded by bigger dudes on your team while winning is a con.

Now I know. Thanks man!

Ron Harper was the exact same height as Jordan, in case you didn't know that.
Steve Kerr's career high apg average was 3.2. And that was in the 1989-90 season.

Thanks for letting me know man. That huge .5 rebound per game difference sure showed Jordan was overrated. He was also outblocked by both Longley and Pip by .1 bpg in case you forgot. And yes being assisted by a point guard by .2 apg is embarassing, what a scrub.

Now i feel like a basketball savant.

Jordan didn't have to grab every rebound, force every assist and dominate the ball in order to win. That is why Lebron's teams crumble without him. They get used to being bystanders.

Damn. :oldlol: Just looked up his stats. He did only have 15ppg average.

I would have sworn his ppg would have been higher and he had a few 20+ppg seasons. I think the reason being is he always stepped up big during nationally televised games. I remember him being a lot more impactful than just a 15ppg scorer

I think part of his problem is that he was a skinny guy in the physical era. Back then if you were skinny taking it to the basket it was hazardous to your health. He got hurt a lot. He looked like he never saw the inside of a weight room. Out of the league at 32.

His rookie year was the only season he played over 70 games.

His prime ended right when the internet took off mainstream. Back when if people couldn't judge you by awards, championships or banners they judged you by the eye test on TV. Just 5 years after his prime people judged players by running to the computer screen and looking up their stats and the box score. I did the same because the guy was a stud on the big TV networks. I had no idea til now he was a career 15ppg scorer. If the internet existed back then he'd be a nobody since he didn't have any chips, all-star appearances or gaudy stats :oldlol:

Imagine being so desperate to make Jordan's perimeter competition look good that you try to make a guy whose career best season is 18, 2 and 3 (and who averaged 14 ppg in the season this clip is from) look like legit competition.
