This year bron is better than 14 duncan. I think if anything the spurs system was much better than the lakers who play more bron ball if u want to call it that. I suppose you could credit duncan for putting his team over his numbers and allowing that to happen though. Bron likes having the ball in his hands. This ball dominant style is an inferior style of play to systems that move the ball and cut more.

There's only been 1 unanimous league MVP in history and Kyrie destroyed him on the biggest stage by being equal-scoring partner to Lebron (1b) and hitting the biggest shot in Finals history

scoring matters because equal-scoring partners attract equal defensive attention, so Lebron has always faced light defensive coverage with his 1b sidekicks.. he needs 1b's because he can't win with high scoring - his high scoring is too ball-dominant (09') or inefficient at the extra jumpshooting volume (15')
