I sit here and think, if MJ was a bit more consistent would he be more respected? 6 Finals is good, but not great. Certainly not "GOAT."

# of Finals
Russell = 12
Jones = 11
LeBron = 10
Kareem = 10
Magic = 9
West = 8
Havlicek = 8
Kobe = 7
Baylor = 7
Cousy = 7

Sure 6 is cute I guess :confusedshrug: But not even top 10. Nothing GOAT about it. Better than most, sure but not close to GOAT. What about playoff stats like steals and points and game winners? Stats that MJ truly shines at! Scoring! Clutch! Defense!

Oh, what's that? LeBron is #1 in all of those?

You get the picture bois. So again, I ask you all, Would MJ be more respected if he actually held some records?

With less rings, you don't get extra credit for making more finals. For example, LeBron doesn't get the credit Jordan does for winning 6/6. LeBron made more finals although has less rings to show for it. And we all know rings > appearances. Glad I could clear this up for you :applause:

I don't even know why I bother replying to Shooter's threads, as he lacks the mental capacity to understand anything beyond a kindergarten level. However....Michael Jordan has the following records:

Highest scoring average for a finals - 41 PPG in 1993
Most scoring titles - 10
Most finals MPVs - 6
Most consecutive scoring titles - 7
Highest career scoring average - 30.1
Most points in a playoff game - 63
Most all defensive first teams - 9

And I'm sure there are more than I'm not thinking of. But lets just ignore all that because it doesn't fit your idiotic narrative.

The stats and records all belong to Wilt, not Lebron you idiot.

As Wilt holds over 250 NBA records despite the fact that he retired almost 50 years ago.

Had to collude with DWade a proven Champion already and lost with Shaq on his team while Kobe and Wade won titles with Shaq.

Okay guys, let's focus up here.

I sit here and think, if MJ was a bit more consistent would he be more respected? 6 Finals is good, but not great. Certainly not "GOAT."

Russell = 12
Jones = 11
LeBron = 10
Kareem = 10

Losing the finals isn't a legacy boost, but you know that ...especially going through the LEast...see below.

But you know this...no one is impressed by losing...except you, because it suits your agenda and you're a loser

They had 4 all stars just because East was very weak. Just check all nba teams:

2014-15
FIRST TEAM
East: 1
West: 4

F: LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers

F: Anthony Davis, New Orleans Pelicans

C: Marc Gasol, Memphis Grizzlies

G: Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

G: James Harden, Houston Rockets

SECOND TEAM
East: 1
West: 4
F: LaMarcus Aldridge, Portland Trail Blazers

F: DeMarcus Cousins, Sacramento Kings

C: Pau Gasol, Chicago Bulls

G: Russell Westbrook, Oklahoma City Thunder

G: Chris Paul, L.A. Clippers

THIRD TEAM
East: 1
West: 4
F: Blake Griffin, L.A. Clippers

F: Tim Duncan, San Antonio Spurs

C: DeAndre Jordan, L.A. Clippers

G: Klay Thompson, Golden State Warriors

G: Kyrie Irving, Cleveland Cavaliers

So only 3 players were selected to All-Nba teams. Two of them were Lebron and his teammate Kyrie. It means, there was only 1 player except Lebron's team that was selected to all-Nba teams.

Lebron played multiple Finals just because he played in a weak Conference with super teams.

Also total all star games of those players:
Korver - 1 time
Teague - 1 time
Millsap - 4 times
Horford - 5 times
