He's been trying to recruit Steph for a while now. I'd take him on the Lakers in a heartbeat.

3Ball and some of the members in our Lebron fam would disagree. Obviously Steph makes any team better.

Even a low IQ like Lebron recognized curry greatness

Unfortunately the Lebron stans are too dumb to admit it

Simon and his alts are avoiding this thread like a plague lol

Curry ain't gonna join Lebron or the Lakers, but he will give them a ticket home after he goes off.

The recruitment process has begun. Seriously, who would not want curry on their team?

Lebron is welcome to join the Warriors in a few years

Guys, you are wrong.

Meaning of this is not that he wanted Curry on Lakers.

If he loses against Curry in play-in, he wants stans to say "Lebron was not healthy, his teammates are trash, Curry was the real MVP...".

That too, but he's been a little too friendly with Steph since leaving Cleveland.

All the arguments he uses against Lebron, he then flips around and argues the other side AGAINST Curry. A true Olympic gymnast that 3ball.

I can see eye to eye with him on most points, but the Steph hate is just irrational. He's tried to argue that Curry wasn't a better shooter than Jordan, because Jordan was a great volume mid-range shooter, and it's only backed up by data from ONE season. Curry's mid-range numbers are impeccable as well, he had a few seasons, where he was automatic on long 2s at a decent volume, before he adapted his game to the analytics and became an MVP.

.074% of the shots Curry has taken in his career are from mid-range. Not even close to being enough to gauge him on his mid-range game.

His game is mostly at the rim or 3pt shot. Not much in between.

Long 2s count as well, right? He had plenty of seasons of taking 25+% of his shots from that range (16+ft - 3PT) and making 44-49.5% of them, he's 46.5% on long 2s at 17.2% of his total attempts for his career, better than 10-16 ft, but that sample size is much smaller, as you pointed out.

His game was different pre-2015. Combine his first 3 years, he's 49.3% on long 2s with 28.7% of his FGA coming from that distance.

Lol this isn't a recruiting pitch. This is Bron Bron getting ready w/the excuses for when the Lakeshow gets dropped by the Warriors.

Kong may find him useful. Just not sure if he'd be able to teach him how to garner a finals mvp but it seems unlikely.

This beta deadset has no shame lol

He'll do anything to try and get carried to Jordan level of rings.

Everyone know you're inferior champ, rings ain't gonna carry you over the line, there's far more to the discussion than rings

The Curry hate on this site has always been over the top.

Doesn't even make sense. Real ballers recognize his artistry and skill.

Even the oldschool guys give him dap for changing the game. You'll hear them criticize players for taking unnecessary threes, but with Steph its pure adoration and respect. They all say everyone wants to be like him but can't. And there's a lot of truth in that.
