I'll go first. Cavaliers all-time first round draft lineup:
PG Kyrie Irving 1st pick 2011
SG Ron Harper 8th pick 1986
SF Mike Mitchel 15th pick 1978
PF LeBron James 1st pick 2003
C Brad Daugherty 1st pick 1986
On the bench:
PG Kevin Johnson 7th pick 1987
SG Austin Carr 1st pick 1971
SF Andrew Wiggins 1st pick 2014
PF Tristan Thompson 4th pick 2011
C Zydrunas Ilgauskus 20th pick 1996
HM Collin Sexton 8th pick 2018 draft - probably interchangeable with Austin Carr
I'd say it's got the talent and depth on paper to win a title but I'm not sure it's got the chemistry with how particular the game is played right now being so 3ball centric. Some of you guys that know your franchises better, can your team beat a team like this and/or win an NBA championship only with its best first round draft picks?

My question with Bill Russell and the Celtics is would be be allowed on the Celtics roster? He was drafted by the St. Louis Hawks, but essentially his draft rights were traded to the Celtics.
Anyways...
PG: Chauncey Billups
SG: Len Bias
SF: Larry Bird
PF: Kevin McHale
C: Bill Russell
Bench:
PG: I guess Marcus Smart. Not a lot to choose from for 1st round PGs
SG: Paul Pierce, Jaylen Brown
SF: John Havlichek, Jayson Tatum
PF: Tommy Heinsohn
C: Dave Cowens

There is no way to win title but we could attend playoffs if the coach is Obradovic.
PG: Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf
SG: Bogdan Bogdanovic
SF: Bojan Bogdanovic
PF: Nemanja Bjelica
C: Ekpe Udoh
Bench:
PG: Nando de Colo
SG: İbrahim Kutluay
SF: Marko Guduric
PF: Jan Vesely
C: Ömer Aşık
+: Nicolo Melli
+: Brad Wanamaker
+: Willie Solomon
Also Enes Kanter but I dont want him on the team.
I know some of them are not first round but you could appreciate it because it is an international team.
Same with Kawhi - drafted by Pacers and immediately traded to Spurs
PG: Tony Parker
SG: Manu Ginobili - SECOND round pick
SF: Kawhi Leonard
PF: Tim Duncan
C: David Robinson
PG: George Hill
SG: Alvin Robertson
SF: Sean Elliot
PF: Luis Scola - SECOND round pick
C: Tiago Splitter
edit: Manu & Scola - 2nd round picks
And yes, that could definitely win a title

Bill Russell wasn't drafted by the Celtics but by the Hawks.

Does Wilt count for the Warriors? He was a territorial pick
Also would Vince Carter count then? He was drafted by Warriors but traded to the Raptors on draft day

Yes, add Penny to Warriors draft.

Yes, add Penny to Warriors draft.
PG: Stephen Curry
SG: Vince Carter
SF: Klay Thompson
PF: Robert Parish
C: Wilt Chamberlain
Bench: (no particular order)
Chris Mullin
Penny Hardaway
Tim Hardaway
Nate Thurmond
Draymond Green
Rick Barry
Mitch Richmond
Depending on the era they're playing in, I might start Draymond Green over Parish just for the perimeter defense and switchability. Either way the team should easily win the title and has a very good chance of breaking 73-9

I am not sure if the Suns drafted him for the Celtics and traded him or the Celtics traded for the pick and drafted him but Rondo over Smart.

No love for Joe Johnson? Also starting Bias over a proven player like Pierce is questionable
Also you could bring Tony Allen off the bench for defense
