bkn's talent makes up for the fit enough imo so their trio is better. gs also had draymond having top 10 impact at times however. deandre just doesnt compare

I would say that Steph and Klay are more efficient protecting the ball based on turnover ratios..
Harden - 14.2%
Kyrie - 8.7%
Curry - 9.6%
Klay - 6.5%

Not only that, Curry > Harden and Brooklyn KD is almost guaranteed to be worse

Well I expect 28 year 2017 KD to be better than 32 year old, post Achilles tear KD. Steph will probably be at least as good as we last saw him healthy. Klay can go off on any given night without barely dribbling the ball. There's something to be said for the pieces seamlessly fitting as much as raw talent, and the Warriors trio had both.

Are you insecure about boys handling balls?

If starting the 1st trio. If you brought Kyrie or Harden off the bench then the 2nd trio.

KD/Harden/Kyrie is better. Klay is nowhere near these guys and Irving's outplayed Steph in the Finals, Harden's come up short in the POs but he'll have Durant and Irving to take over in the 4th quarter.

Wonderful analysis right here, actually trying to argue Kyrie > Steph on the basis of literally one series :lol

Curry clearly outplayed Kyrie in 2017, and regardless I refuse to believe anyone, not even 3ball, actually believes Kyrie is a better player than Curry and/or would rather have him on their team

Whatever, the trio of KD/Harden/Irving is still better. I'll take Irving over Klay as a 3rd option any day of the week and Harden's a better player than Steph.

Well I'm assuming this comparison is based on 17-19 KD/Steph/Klay and current KD/Harden/Kyrie, so I'd absolutely take that version of Curry over current Harden, ditto peak Durant over a post injury one

OP didn't specify either way but even the current versions could be better, since Klay was terrible in 2017, Green was clearly the 3rd best Warrior in the Playoffs, even from 3.

KD/Harden/Kyrie is better. Klay is nowhere near these guys...
Klay Thompson:
5x All-Star
2x All-NBA
1x All-Defensive
Kyrie Irving:
6x All-Star
2x All-NBA
Klay is the only one of the five that made an All-Defensive team and scored 60 points in three quarters. He is a hall of famer. He is somewhere near Irving.

It's obv a matter of preference, but as a 3rd option? I'm 100% taking Klay over Kyrie. Provides GOAT shooting & good defense while barely taking up any time of possession

Well... nobody is flipping out about the latter, but everybody threw a hissy fit over the former. The main difference is obviously off ball fit and chemistry. Sometimes that matters more than talent. If a person were to ask you in.... 2013.. if in 3 years a team headlined by curry, klay, dray, and bogut could break the all time win record... you'd ask if they were crazy. The odds would be +50,000. That's what GOAT TEAMWORK does though.

Is there no accounting for fit anymore? Jesus. Just throw out a lineup of Kyrie, Westbrook, Harden and KD. OMGZ talent!!!!!!
