Definitely sounds like a bad shooter but he's got the whole big point guard thing going that people find intriguing. I'm not saying he'll be good just I figure that's the appeal. Also covid killed the NCAA season and now GMs will be drafting blind. Ball is well-known so even though those numbers scream bad shooter he will be drafted high.

All that said...if he does bust...may he bust wearing orange and blue.

Less athletic players need sufficient skill to make it look easy despite the lesser athleticism.. I often find myself saying "they won't be able to do that in the league".. So the key for me is whether this guy has basketball in his veins and next-dimension instinct dribbling and scoring..

I honestly don't know, but just now I'm recalling a recent video of him at like 9 years old playing with the big boys in a league game... He was killing it as a shrimp out there, and he was killing it for a long time before his growth spurt.. he might end up like 6-9 or 6'10" as a guy accustomed to killing bigger dudes.
