Will LeBron claim his 5th MVP?

no though it's not impossible. lakers would have to take the 1 seed overall and giannis would have to miss 10 games

If the wins are close...

Like 68 to 64

It could happen.

that would be bad for lebron. The bucks are only 2 games ahead in the loss column and that's likely 1 after tonight

Giannis is going to miss 10+ games. Denver is his 8th already.

Lakers will win 65. Bucks will win 66.

LeBron is going to win it.

i mean 10 games to end the year. even with his missed games now, he has an edge in the mvp race

You're on crack if you think LeBron is going to win it, giannis shits on him every advanced stat and basic counting numbers. Lebitch isn't winning a damn thing

I have Lebron ahead so far. Plays in much harder conference, bigger +/- differential and his team isn't 5-0 without him. Put the Bucks out West they might not even be 4th seed

Giannis numbers are going to go down by the end of the season. LeBron's are on the up. By seasons end, lebron will have played 6-8 more games, team records will be about the same, and stats will be a little closer than they are now. The intangibles that LeBron brings, which Giannis brings none of, and the narrative will get lebron over the line.

Everyone knows that LeBron is the better player. People want to vote for him. But at the moment, stats and wins means that precedent makes them vote for Giannis. Once the wins gap is gone and the stats gap is a little closer, it's all lebrons.

Correction: LeBron has 47, Giannis has 48. (Player didn't win if he didn't play.)
