Like... the sheer fact that this dude went out and laid it ALL on the line in a game, sacrificing his body, exhausting himself mentally, doing everything he possibly could to get a win, only to be let down by the failure of his teammates.

And then despite all that, he challenges HIMSELF to get better. He looks in the mirror at HIMSELF and says "I'll get stronger." He doesn't point fingers. He doesn't place blame. He says simply, this is an obstacle on my journey, and I will persevere through it, and I will overcome it.

There is nothing as alpha as accountability. Nothing as alpha as leadership. Setting an example. Pushing through your own barriers. Not trying to be better than the next guy, but trying to be better than YOU were yesterday.

For Lebron to actually sit down at the computer and type a message like that to himself... that is what true toughness is all about. Not mean mugging after a basket or beating your chest, or getting slapped with a two piece by Chris Childs and having your knees buckle.

Toughness is about your convictions in the face of adversity. That's toughness.

That's alpha.

That's a big fat juicy rod in your pants.

Lebron has those things. And to this day, nobody has captured the essence of it in a single moment the way Lebron did.

Has there ever been someone with better work ethic in the history of sports? Hes been playing ball everyday since he was like 3. Never misses any practices or workouts. Rarely ever misses games. 30 straight years of this... no breaks.. no burnout.. and has gotten MORE motivated as time has gone on. (Despite rediculious amounts of fame and money)

And he developed all these insane habits without a stable home life. Hes the most gifted guy mentally and physically in human history. Literally.

Now, here's something that actually happened: Curry's mom giving lapdances in the crowd while Curry's on the court.

I like Lebron as a person, and I respect his game, but god damn he can be a huge pus*y sometimes.

Imagine getting punked by James harden and taking a selfie in a jean jacket looking all sad afterward.

THIS was the most alpha move:

Trotting to mid court and pulling out an eight inch flaccid wiener on live television in front of 30 million people.
