It wasn't only JR, it was every single player on the court that could've called time out but didn't.

LeBron clearly called timeout and was ignored by the refs who had already decided GS was going to win.

I don't think calling the time out was the biggest mental mistake. I think JR should've shot it once he got the rebound or at least passed it to someone instead of dribbling it out
