Paul George was a rare recovery . I bet he went the Kobe Bryant route Stem Cells also in Germany.

He did just have Rotator Cuff surgery on his shoulder.. that is a brutal recovery,not sure how it will effect him. Kobe was effected more by the Rotator Cuff surgery than the Achilles.

The reason Hayward has taken longer to recover is because he had a setback last summer and had to undergo a second surgery. Otherwise he'd be back to 100% by now definitely.

It's also completely different situations. George came back to a team where he was basically allowed to do whatever he wanted. Hayward has looked much better in the latter half of the season, but he basically played within an offense that just ignored him while George was the featured player. That's beside the point that George had a full off season recovered to train as he came back at the end of 2015 for those 6 games. His injury also wasn't as bad. He only broke his ankle. He didn't also dislocate it like Hayward did.

That was one of the biggest mistakes of the season and it screwed up the team chemistry.

Hayward was not ready. Yet, they decided to have him starting at the begining of the season....And all the rest of the problems sprang from there.

They could have avoided a lot of BS if they would have just slowly integrated him back into the lineup. That was Dumb.
