i think kawhi plays more like jordan. and kawhi is a way better defender.

kobe took way tougher/longer shots than either of kawhi or jordan


kobes game is actually nothing like MJs aside from the fade away. kobes moves were more snake like/slipping inbetween guys, counters, spins, fakes etc... jordan and kawhi have a go to move and they stick with it whether it works or not

Kobe was always closer to older MJ with jump shots and fades

Kawhi plays more like prime MJ with attacking from triple threat

i'd actually compare a young dwyane wade more to young mj and kawhi to 2nd three peat MJ since hes more of a mid range extended specialist


mj attacked way more earlier on than current kawhi


and nobody played like kobe before him. only after kobe did anyone come along and take his types of looks ( durant/harden/lillard etc... )

I don't think anybody wants to be compared to Kobe. So really it's only a downgrade for Jordan to be compared to a chucker like Kobe.
