I'd imagine Memphis doesn't really want Barnes or Jordan...so likely need a 3rd team. Maybe they'd want Barnes, but they shouldn't.

They are also probably desperate to dump Parsons.

Mavs could probably get Gasol / Conley / Parsons if they could find other teams that would want Barnes / Jordan....because Memphis would be interested in DSJ and picks imo....and the Mavs taking on Parsons greatly reduces the cost of getting Conley and or Gasol.
