39 years old 6'6" SG has proven over the last 4 years to be a very good bench player.
Approaching the spring 2017 , Grizzlies may not be in contention , and Vince may want one last hurray ...

Which team you think would need his help ???

Why do you think the Grizzlies won't be in contention?

They had one of the most remarkable seasons of all time in 15/16. Chances are they will be better this year.

They are very injury prone and don't have much depth on there roster

Last year they set the record for most players used in a season (28) and they still made the playoffs (in the West).

That seems pretty deep to me. Nobody should sleep on this team.
