LeBron left his originally drafted team to team up with the 2 of the top 5 players in the league, that were also both in the same Conference, the already historically weak Eastern Conference.

After the collusion, he lost to a far inferior team, the Dallas Mavericks. LeBron was outscored by D.Wade, Chris Bosh, and also embarrassingly enough, Jason Terry (http://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/2011-nba-finals-mavericks-vs-heat.html)!

As a Wilt fan, I want to thank Lebron James for breaking Wilt's record for greatest Choke job in nba history. It was a record I thought would never be broken but Lebron shattered all expectations.

You did it bruh. The fact it was to a bunch of slow unathletic white boys n jason terry is a bonus!

How can you call the Mavericks a "far inferior team" when they made it to the Finals, owned the Heat, and turned Lebron into a ghost? :confusedshrug:

That takes talent and hard work. Give credit to the Mavs and their dedication to being a balanced team. Going out and getting Tyson Chandler and having Shawn Marion and Stevenson get physical and in Lebron's head.

Not to mention Dirk and Kidd's (and the rest of em) desire for a ring after long tough careers.

11 ppg in 1969 finals.

11

That's how many Lebron scored in the fourth quarter of game 7 vs the greatest regular season time of all time

Kobe 5/7
Lebron 3/7

Try to find something Lebron is good at and stick with that, cuz it's certainly not championships...it ain't the record books(wilt)..Lebron really isn't proficient at anything except for flashing his micro-pecker on national television.:facepalm

Just in this Finals alone LeBron became the first player to

1. Lead a 3-1 comeback in Finals history
2. Defeat a 70 win team
3. Lead BOTH teams in every statistical category

He did this while surpassing Wilt in titles & Kobe in FMVP's

Wade had just put up MVP caliber seasons back to back, and then in 2011 was a top 3 player along with LeBron, and D-Rose.

That's why James went to South Beach.

That Miami team was top heavy, but loaded with 3 superstars all in their prime.

He also tied the record for most turnovers in a finals series.

LeBron is really good, ok. But he is not Earth shattering like Wilt or a Ring king like Kobe/MJ. He's just really good. And nothing wrong with that but know your plac, son.

How is Kobe more "earth shattering" than LeBron when LeBron has more MVP's/FMVP's and better regular season, postseason, and Finals stats? Two extra rings he wasn't even his teams best player for while playing with the best player in the world is enough to supersede all those significant advantages LeBron has?

Kobe won rings against teams that absolutely destroyed Lebron: spurs, magic celtics. Kobe is just better in the Finals and I'm not even counting the shaq years

Howard?

Howard...the guy who he stole the MVP was easily better with a much larger impact on his team...the number 1 option offensively while being the best defensive player in the world. Most people don't even have Rose in the top 5 this year...but top 3 and over Dwight? That's just laughable nonsense that only you and that idiot nathanjizzle could come up with. Are you just completely incapable of being objective?

He produced a whopping 10 less wins and had far less takeover ability. D-Rose at times was willing his team to victory.

With a cast that features, who exactly? A Boozer and Noah who all missed at least third of the season? In Carlos case, a guy whose numbers went down each ensuing month of the season. And a rookie head coach.

I remember D-12 trying to injure Derrick every meeting they had, back when Rose was absolutely fearless attacking the rim. Guy is a loser, and a coward.

Derrick had the overwhelming number of votes for a reason.

LeBron was hated. Split votes with a teammate who produced nearly as much in every category. The cost of needing to team up with a player as great as you in order to win.

Meanwhile Kobe was gassed after 3 straight Finals, back to back chips, and back to back summers for Team USA. And was still carrying a bum ass Paula Gasoft appearance all season.

LeBron didn't shoot well in this year's game 7 either, Jack.

Plus Kobe was older, and was facing a vastly superior team defense under visibly more physical conditions. Plus everyone shot poorly in that game 7. Everyone.

Kobe still did the dirty work to win.

And he didn't have someone with the gravity on offense to make huge testicle shots like Kyrie Irving. If we are truly being fair.

Are you sure that you watched Game 7? LeBron scored 11 points in the 4th. By FAR the MOST on either team. The Warriors were up 4 with like 5 minutes to go and with all the momentum. LeBron scored 6 straight points, killing the momentum and giving the Cavs a 2 point lead. Then, with like a minute left, Iggy was about to score and give the Warriors a 2 point lead, and LeBron blocked that shot. Kobe scored 10 points in the 4th Q in '10, of which 8 came from FT's. He was 1-4 in the 4th Q.

LeBron also put up 27/11/11 with 2 steals and 3 blocks on 48% TS in that game. Kobe had 2 assists and 4 TOV's while putting up 23/15/2/1 on 38% TS. Significantly worse than LeBron. Lets also not forget Artest's shot.

Kobe was 31 and 298 days and LeBron was 31 and 172 days. Kobe was older by a whooping 4 months.
