#Never been an All-star
#Current players only because otherwise the list is too huge
#All-NBA is fine (Ahem Deandre Jordan)

I think Kemba Walker is up there with Mike Conely.
With some consideration to Gordon Hayward whose absolutly terrific.

Who you got for best player in the league never named an All-star? (So far)

Damian Lillard easily. If D'lil had another big name like Paul George, he would get more recognition.

D-lil -was- an allstar mate.

I don't mean just current all-stars.
I mean in their career.

Never been an all star huh? I'd go with Steven Adams then.

With today's league... The best player that hasn't been an all-star, would have to be a guard..

Monta Ellis

This. He had back to back seasons of 26/5/4/2 and 24/6/4/2, both on a respectable 45% shooting. Yeah his teams were bad, but there have been plenty of players on bad teams who've been all-stars with lesser production. He's definitely been a victim of this era's unprecedented crop of great guards.

I think Derrick Favors deserves a shout.

Favors came into the league at 19 and, depsite being on a team stacked at his position (Millsap, Jefferson), he showed clear potential right from the start and he has consistently improved.

When he came into the league, he was mainly a lane-clogger. Now, he's developed a nice little midrange package to go along with his strength inside and a promising defender... even a rim-protector at times.

Good young player.

Hassan whiteside

I thought about Whiteside, but he's really only played 1 full season. May as well list KAT too if we're including players with limited experience. Both have a good chance to be all-stars this year.

I'm starting to think this:

If we go by peak,
Monta Ellis.

Current Form;
Gordon Hayward.

What do you guys think about that?

It's still Conley, and he is arguably the best of all time to never make an all-star team, not just among active players.

Do you see him getting the nod this year?
Something tell me Marc Gasol is on the way down stat-wise, I think he'll be the Token All-star for Memphis.

Didn't even consider that guy.
Guy is pretty solid, but he's pretty much the same player for the past two seasons. I wonder if he'll take a leap or not, my guess is that he won't peak much higher then this. but I'm always happy to be proven wrong in these cases.

He will never get the nod due to Curry, Klay, CP3, Wesbtbrook, etc.

The league is STACKED wtih good guards. Meanwhile, casual fans don't even know who he is, so that works against him too.

this. Outside of those Warrior teams, he should have been an all-star in Dallas in either of those years.
