They can focus on 2 players, but they don't know how to stop a full team. They will throw all they got at certain players, and they leave the rest of that team to beat them. This works in the East, but the Warriors are a clicking team. You can shut down Curry and Klay by preparing to send doubles at times, but that leaves a man open to cut to the basket. We have seen countless easy cuts to the basket while the D focuses on the perimeter to stop Klay/Curry.

Agreed about Love. The problem was rotation. They can send 2 players at a guy to shut him down, but they don't rotate and that leads to trouble at the rim.

You don't double the Warriors. Maybe Tyrone Lue realized after this game the Warriors have more than Curry and Thompson that can hit the 3 ball. Their whole team can.

Kyrie is a complete turnstile. He gets screened, and he's done lol

They always play 4 on 5 on defense

Lebald abandons his man and either stands under the basket waiting for easy boards, or roams the passing lanes looking for cheap steals

This.

They have 7-8 players that are deadly from the arc.

Bruce Bowen was on Mike & Mike and pretty much said the same thing as me :pimp:

The problem is they're playing the best team ever who were able to rest Curry through the early rounds in the West because they are so dominant with or without him.

Lebron is just NOT GOOD

To be fair, stopping the top 2 guys on a team is usually a good way to beat the other team. However, when a team like GSW has so many scoring players, then the limits of that defence become exposed.

Is Lue good enough of a coach to balance the defence to minimize the damage? Im not sure.

Love played good but the issue is Lebron should be at the 4. For this match up, Lebron should be the 4.

Shumpert needs more playing time in this series with a split to JR smith.

A good team will be good outside of the top 2 players. If they got to the Finals without ever having to adopt to guarding more than 2, that shows how weak the East truly is.

the problem with the cavs defense is that half of their starting lineup are not good defenders.
