SG: Dwyane Wade 2008-2009
SF: LeBron James 2009-2010
PF: Kevin Garnett 2003-2004
C: Shaq O'Neal 1999-2000

SF can be argued between either 08-09, 09-10 or 12-13 for LeBron

As far as more playoffs focused list

PG: Steph Curry 2015-2016 (Assuming he wins this year)
SG: Dwyane Wade 2005-2006
SF: LeBron James 2011-2012
PF: Tim Duncan 2002-2003
C: Shaq O'Neal 1999-2000

12-13 LeBron might have better stats than 11-12 LeBron, but I would be tempted to take 11-12 LeBron. Even with his shot going flat after the Boston series. He didn't have a bad game all postseason

2013 was his best regular season. 2012 Was his best postseason imo.

curry lebron and shaq arent arguable. It's going come down to Duncan 03 vs KG 04 and Wade 09 vs Tmac 03 vs like 4 years from Kobe.
