According to the NBA officiating report, this plays was considered a "CNC" (Correct No Call) because it was "incidental contact" on the play. That's honestly bullshit, you can clearly see PG push Carroll out of play.
But this is just one play, players have done this for years and it's dangerous when you do it near the bench or near the basket.
What do you guys think ? Should plays like this be reviewed for a potential flagrant foul or just full taken out all together ?
