And he is getting to the free throw line more now

24-7-6 on +50% this game with 8 free throw attempts, it's good to see

He still can't do his favorite move and is only getting close to getting his favorite shot back. The ball escapes him when he tries a hard cross over. He's got a way to go. The coach Hoigerg noticeably has been taking Rose out when he gets rolling. Hoiberg is a strange cookie. He runs most of his play for the wing players so as to not ruin continuity for Butler when he comes back. He's willing to even lose games over it. Hope it turns out right in the long run.

He can be really effective scoring when he plays crafty

He may never be quite the same as before the injuries, but there's no question he can still be a very good player and a top 10 PG. He's still young enough to put together a solid career.

He's been back since the mask came off. Nobody wanted to admit it, but a lot of hate exists for a dude ravished from injuries. Jimmy Butler is still their best all around player, but if he keeps this up they will be a hard first round out.

There is a question about him being a top 10 PG though :confusedshrug:

i wish he moved more off the ball. but i guess the Bulls offense isnt designed with that in mind.Still, theres no denying he's got most of his speed and quickness back.

How many times have we talked about this "he is back"? still doubt about him

People need to stop with this crap. We've heard "he's back" literally every time he has a great game. He'll be back whenever he has a good game and it's not even a big deal anymore. He's playing great lately. He will probably never be back to his best and that's fine. But he can still be an all-star player so just let it be.

He's still a good scorer, but he couldn't get past Clarkson last night.

Sucks to say that his best days are behind him at 27. Injuries suck.

Basically the numbers he was putting up during his MVP season.

Edit: Not quite. He averaged 7 assists that season, as opposed to 4.7 here.
