also coming down at this point. Not apexKind of depends upon camera angles. It's often tough to tell either way if there isn't a camera totally level with the rim somewhere. Others don't have him appearing quite as high (tried to freeze at his apex, not before or after ascent):

The freeze frames also sort of help illustrate the possible benefit of the boost on those leapfrog dunks. It's not always necessarily about adding multiple inches to a vert, but sometimes it allows a person to stay at peak elevation for a split second longer. In addition, if it gives a jump boost... even a quarter of an inch, it means a dude can still be sitting on air when he'd otherwise be on the downward ascent by that point of the dunk process.

Not his whole head above but he gets eyeline. Some pics do look that way but its more the angle the above is a more real angle imo. Me and jameer were posting about how well he's do and people laughed. Noone on ish listens to the people who actually watch players every game they just go by the handful of times they've seen someone. Gordons been doing really well this year he is not james white. He is already a great defender and has legit bothered guys at every position. All his offence comes with zero plays run for him too and he's upped his three point percentage and free throws while still being young enough to be considered young in this draft class. There's a reason gms are rumored to love him and there's a reason orlando thinks he's their best prospect. Won't be a volume scorer but he can be a two way star

Don't need much more than this. If a guys hips and knees are clearly above seven feet and human nature demands that you go down to get the ball... the head above the rim is academic.

Maybe the highest I heard for him was 48 inches
I just did the math. Gordon is 6'9 so 81 inches in height. The rim is 120 inches.
39 inches to have the top of his head to be at the rim. His head would be around 9-12 inches. 39 plus 9 is 48 so he'd have to at least jump around that.

He got his head very close to rim level in two of his dunks. I don't think he went ABOVE the rim although his behind the legs dunk might've gotten a tad over if you find the perfect picture. Still, anyone who gets their head right at rim level is seriously getting up there.
