Butler has begun rehabbing his injury and he will be allowed to engage in all activities as tolerated with the primary goal of maintaining his conditioning over the ensuing weeks.

As a result of this injury, Butler will not play in the NBA All-Star Game this Sunday in Toronto. Butler was selected as a reserve to the East squad by the Eastern Conference head coaches. He originally suffered the injury in the second quarter of Friday night

A few years ago i really thought the Bulls were going to be a legit contender. Man everything has really gone downhill for them. Portland east with the injuries.

Not nearly as bad as Portland, that is the most tragic situation I've ever witnessed in the NBA. Chicago only has Rose who has had serious injury problems, Butler will be fine.

It has been going on for the last 5 years though. But yeah the Portland situation really sucked.
