even though "his team" is ranked first in the east, has two all stars and highest team salary in the nba?
:biggums:

How much help does he need?

I LOVE Duncan but this is kawhi's team...and he's got a super star in aldridge on his team too.

Good thread.

Regular season game on the road against an incredibly hot and formidable team that's undefeated on their court.

Shoulda went for 50 I tell ya.

And he can't score on Kawhi.

Lets point out again that the Cavs spend a shitload more than everyone else on players.

And still fail.

It was more David West's team tonight than Duncan's team.

Not sure your definition of superstar, but I don't think LMA is a superstar.

He's never been a top 10 player in the league probably...hard to be a superstar in that case.

Duncan to LeBron after the 2007 NBA Finals - "it's gonna be your league one day"

It's not anyone's team. That's why they are so good.

Exactly.

You'd think some other teams may have picked up on this by now

Since then, Lebron went 5 times to the finals, won 2 titles, 2 fmvps, 4 mvps

he wasn't wrong.

Kobe was well known for slaying these Spurs teams when Duncan/Parker/Ginobili were in their prime...let that sink in. LeBald on the other hand... 1 Ray away from being 0-3 against these old farts:yaohappy: . And in a few months perhaps 0-4.

Yes, I can remember Kobe shutting down Duncan in the post. It was amazing.

Anyway, stop talking about Kobe. Lebron's peak passed your hero's in 2009, and then again in 2012 and 2013. And now he is about to pass your hero's longevity.

Just become a Curry fan or Wiggins or Ben Simmons fan or something. It's the only hope you got.

Its crazy that was 9 years ago and the Spurs are still shitting on Lebron. It was funny back then but I can imagine whenever Lebron sees that clip everyone else around him just getting awkwardly quiet :oldlol:

On the other hand, it would be more of a storybook ending if the whole "Lebron leading Cleveland to its first championship" storyline ends with Lebron leading Cleveland to the championship over the Spurs nearly 10 years after the Spurs obliterated them in their first finals. Probably won't happen though.

Duncan and Kobe kept control of the League until Curry was ready for it. :oldlol:

They are? Lebron won 1 finals against them and lost 1. How is that shitting on him?
