good question. if lebron had a pop, i dont see him leaving CLE to looking for father figure/big brother teammates. so it would depend how much talent he can convince to come to CLE. but i say he'd have at least one ring by now, if not more.

Well LeBron would either have to become a dominant post player or a competent jump shooter. I don't see Pop living with a ball dominant perimeter player. Maybe he could make it work but it would have been interesting to see Bron with an ATG coach. It's unfortunately one thing he has not been afforded in his career, though I suppose there's the argument that ATG players MAKE great coaches by winning...

It depends on what version of Pop LeBron is paired with.

LeBron had problems with Spo asking him to do a lot in practice (which apparently lead to him trying to get Spo fired).

Pop would ask much more of LeBron, and if this is a rookie-sophomore Pop with no name and no respect around the league, I could see LeBron going to management and telling them to get rid of him. He had that much power, even as a teenager.
